This singles origin coffee is crafted from Mundo Novo beans grown by our cousin, Ivanyse Carvalho, on her farm in Cambuquira, in the South of Minas Gerais State, Brazil.
The beans are pulped natural processed, delivering a sweet, clean cup with a juicy body. Roasted to perfection to highlight the terroir and complexity of this special harvest. Great on it's own, perfect on milk based drinks.
